In the afternoon of April,20, Group Planning and Financial Center held the financial working conference of the national video telephone. While affirming the achievement, they carried on the serious discussion to the weak point, and have confirmed the next working direction.
Financial managers in the Planning and Financial Center made a serious work summery of the first quarter. According to group"s development strategy and combining the department"s working actual conditions, they work creatively. Nevertheless, they make innovation constantly in institutional improvement, carrying out rules and regulations strictly, and standardization of operating procedure.With practicing of the idea about reducing the staff and improving the service quality, they have reorientated working duty of each post, and had an elaborate division of labor with defined responsibility goal. The initiative consciousness of each person on the work is strengthened constantly. From the beginning of this year, PFC adopted new methods to examine the actual achievement to financial personnel in an all-round way. Through appraising in a democratic way, post examination, adding and subtracting of grading by the executives and directors, working condition of staff members are appraised objectively overall. According to running situation of the first quarter, these measures have strengthened the staff"s working initiative and sense of duty, and achieved the goal of improving service quality. Finally, each person presenting the meeting held a discussion on issues concerning about strengthen-needed institutional improvement, examination strengthen, method that pay close attention to training and inspection dynamics ,etc. They have put forward positive suggestion, which contributed to improve the work of the deficiency constantly, thus promote the scientific process of the financial administration institutionalizedly and standardizationally further, and improve the service quality to the customer. |
