Wang Shuanhong:

Mr. Wang Shuanhong is the CEO of the Green Group, committeeman of All-China Youth Federation, vice president of Henan provincial Youth Enterpriser Union, vice president of Henan Provincial Private Enterprise Association, guest professor of Henan Provincial Finance Cadres Management College, EMBA of Central Europe International business School (CEIBS). While serving as the director of international trade at the Henan Academy of Finance, he published three professional books, presented more than ten essays and received high praise from domestic and international finance professions.

In February of 1993, Mr. Wang set up Green Futures Co., Ltd, the very first futures company in the Midwest China, which was ranked top three nationally in term of value of trade in 1998. Before the recovery of the Asia Financial Crisis, Mr. Wang led his Green Group into the real estate industry and became top ten in Henan two years later. With China’s entry to WTO, Green has been aiming at and participating in the projects, such as insurance, media and bioengineering, etc.

Mr. Wang Shuanhong and his team created their Green spirit of being united, hard working,, practical and innovative. Invited by Tsinghua University, Zhengzhou University and Henan University, Mr. Wang Shuanhong gave speeches on financial derivatives. He has also involved in training and promotional partnership programs with the CSRC (China Security regulatory committee) and the three exchanges of China in Shanghai, Zhengzhou and Dalian.

Niu Zhongguang：

Mr. Niu Zhongguang is the senior consultant of Green Group. He graduated from the finance and economics department in Shandong Finance and Economics Institute in August 1964. He was successive group leader、vice section chief、division chief of foreign exchange credit division、vice-president and president of the Beijing branch of Bank of China, vice-president of trust company in Beijing of Bank of China、director of head office of Bank of China，and etc. Having engaged in nearly 40 years of financial work，he accumulated abundant investment and financing experience and experience of management.

Mr. Niu get《The State Council of the PRC's special subsidy certificate》in October 1995, and enjoy the special subsidy of the government.

Mr. Niu wrote many books successively, such as International Settlement Chapter of The Encyclopedia of International Finance; Economic Chapter of The China's Economic Encyclopedia; the fifth chapter of The Financial Material Object of China; International Settlement and Imports and Exports Financing of China's Financial Material Object Complete Works; China's Financial Insurance Business Financial Accounting Practice Pandect and The Laws and Regulations Real Affair Question and Answer of the Bank.

Zhao Bingshen:

Senior economist，now Mr. Zhao was the senior consultant of Green Group and general manager of Global Insurance Assessing Co., Ltd.

Graduated from university in August of 1963，Mr. Zhao was successive credit officer, director of planning and credit department, secretary, vice section chief of business department, division chief of the domestic and international trade department in the People's Bank sub-branch of Jiangxi Province Fuzhou Prefecture、Henan Province Financial Trade Committee、the Economic Commission of Henan Province, vice-president of the Henan Province branch of Bank of China, agency president, president, member of leading Party group, deputy secretary, secretary and etc. Engaged in economic and financial work over 40 years, he has accumulating abundant management experience of management.

From 1992 to 2002, he was deputies to the Eighth and Ninth NPC，and obtained the special subsidy of government of expert of the State Council in 1995.

Mr. Zhao has written many books with over 200 thousand words，his thesis content published involves the industry and commerce industry, utilization of the foreign capitals、international finance、system reform and finance management at the bank. He has won first prize of the International Finance Society's outstanding thesis，and Get the outstanding thesis first prize of finance society of Henan Province many times.

General Rules of the Contemporary Chinese Financier Management published by China Finance Press has included his Know Weight in Right & Know Length in Size in December 1992, and China Finance Press published his Stabilize the Currency，In-depth Reform in September 1990.Because his achievement is outstanding, he is one of them in Famous Person's Voluminous Dictionary of Contemporary Culture of Henan published by Zhongzhou publishing house in 1999.

Zhao Guangyu:

Mr. Zhao possess the academic credentials of undergraduate course of the university, political and ideological work teacher's title, now vice president of Green group, vice general manager of Green Futures Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhao get senior executive's credentials of futures company by the securities regulatory committee in the first batch in October, 2000.

Mr. Zhao has been working in the futures market for many years, and he has relatively deep understanding about the futures market and in our country and laws and regulations about futures. Mr. Zhao is familiar with trade rules of each contracts in the exchange, especially has original opinions of spreading and hedging concerning of agriculture products. Mr. Zhao has accumulated a set of experience of sales and operation management of Futures Company and its departments.

Tan Wenming:

Senior consultant of Green Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd and Green Insurance Agency Co., Ltd, Tan engaged in cause of insurance in Hong Kong over 20 years. He has assumed a post of the general manager of Ventex tourism organization, general manager of China Sight Tours Co. Ltd., Senior Branch Manager of the New Zealand Insurance, General Manager of Agency Management of Canadian Eastern Life Assurance Ltd. (CEF). Before he came to Green Group, Tan was the General Manager of Sentry Insurance Co. Ltd. (Present Name: National Mutual Insurance Co. Ltd.) for 8 years, during this period, he was mainly in charge of the General Manager and the Unit Manger.

Because of his diligence, competitiveness and innovative ability in the affiliated field, he has accumulated the abundant working experience of insurance and possessed internationalized managerial ability, and he has contacts intensively with international insurance market.
